Springboard to French

The Springboard to Foreign Language Series introduces young children to a foreign language in an active, playful way. Each lesson contains a series of commands to be acted out during the times provided for the action. The topics are chosen from everyday life experiences of the young learner. The goals for the Series are to acquaint the child with a foreign language, to create an awareness of other languages and cultures, to spark interest in further learning, and finally to make this first contact with a second language an enjoyable experience.
