Homeschool Physical Education & Health

Course will alternate between health and Physical fitness. We will do exercises, walking, and other activities for fitness. We will learn about the body including but not limited to, Muscles, bones, breathing, circulation, cardiovascular function etc.. The learning will be age appropriate as we transition through the years.
